Before you jump into learning about the use of goats and where they came from, let's talk about what a goat is. Like most mammals, it has the standard 4 legs as well as the common organ setup. Goats are quite close to your pet dog or even other farm animals like a pig. However, like all animals it is unique and has parts and functions for specifically what it does and it's personal goat needs. Below is a picture of the parts of a goat, and also an x-ray like picture showing the bones of a goat. Like cows, female goats have udders and are capable of producing milk from them. People around the world often drink goat milk or eat goat milk cheese. It is a cheaper and more reliable (as well as more available) alternative to cow milk. In terms of organ, goats have the same digestive system as humans and other animals and do not have multiple stomachs like a cow, although they are vegetarians. Goats are quite strong and reasonable fast. They could be dangerous if they weren't so happy and peaceful.
